Skaters' Policies and Procedures



  1. PAYMENTS must be made at the FRONT counter BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA LOBBY.

  2. Freestyle session fees are $7.00/session whether skaters are on the ice for 10 minutes or the full 45-60 minute session. Drop-in sessions are $9.00/45-60 minute session.

  3. Check Cashing Policy: Must be the exact amount of purchase. Parents - if you give your child a check, be sure to write your I.D. (Washington State Drivers License) on the front of the check.

  4. Convenience cards are available for $100.00. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

  5. If you are over 10 minutes late for a session, your session will be given to someone on a waiting list.

  6. Ice Payment
    a. Arrive early enough to pay fees or buy cards so you don't get on the ice late

    b. Ice time MUST be paid for in advance. It is your responsibility to bring the correct payment with you.

    c. Non-payments will not be accepted - arrange to borrow from a friend, if necessary.

  7. a. You are responsible for the ice times assigned to you. If you need to change your schedule, you must first fill out a pink slip and submit it to the Control Room for the Skating Director's approval. Please allow a one-week turnaround. Skaters must attend sessions according to the testing level and follow their permanent schedule.

    b. Skaters failing to show up for a session without canceling will be charged a $2.00 per session fee. When calling to cancel, notify both your pro AND the Control Room.

    c. Ice times must be cancelled BEFORE your session begins. If you are scheduled for the first two early morning sessions (6:00am and 7:00am), we do accept calls for cancellations between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00am

  8. Credits
    a. Credits will be authorized ONLY for obvious illness or injury.

    b. If you are told to leave the ice by a pro, this will not be a justified reason for a credit.

    c. If you pay in advance for four (4) scheduled sessions in one day, then later want to change to three (3), a credit WILL NOT be given unless as indicated above.

    d. Drop in Policy: A skater may drop in on a session if i. There is space available ii. Skater meets the level requirement

  9. Blue lockers are available for rent in the ice arena lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee is $30/six months or $50/year for the large lockers.

  10. Team rooms should be kept locked at all times. Sprinker is not responsible for thefts of equipment, money, etc. If something is stolen, please report it to the Control Room so that an incident report can be filled out.

  11. Skaters must remove Kleenex, CDs, guards, and clothing, etc when leaving the ice.

  12. Due to our busy operations, Sprinker cannot be responsible for delivering messages to skaters and parents. We will make every attempt to give the individual the message if it is of an emergency nature, but cannot guarantee its delivery.

  13. In the interest of safety of all skaters, headsets, ipods, mp3 players, etc are not to be worn on the ice by anyone, except for the professional staff. Please understand that this is a safety issue to everyone involved.

  14. Please, ALWAYS remember to close the arena doors when exiting the ice for the ice cuts.
